это всё я знаю. мне охота проста через Виндовс такою функцию

 

если смог бы да и зделал и не спросив когото. JRunner не пашет так что не пиши бред.

 

Ну дебилов... cygwin есть, python под windows есть в трёх вариантах, нет, в гугле забанили...
